Return and Refund Policy
If we cannot accept your return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Returns due to customer convenience
- Requests made after 36 hours have passed since the product arrived
- If the product tag has been removed
- If the product has been used or damaged
When returns are possible
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
- If the delivered product is different from the ordered product
*In either case, you must contact us within 36 hours of receiving the product.
Return procedure flow
1. When receiving the product
- Please check the contents immediately after receiving the product.
- If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within 36 hours of receiving the product (this includes the time of delivery to your delivery box).
2. Return Procedure
Please contact customer service ( info@grandemaison.jp ) with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Your contact details
3. Returning the product
- When returning an item, please use the original packaging
- Please return all accessories and tags in the same condition as when you received them.
Refund procedures
After checking the condition of the item you have returned, our customer service will contact you.
Refund Method
- If paying by credit card: Cancellation of the card you used
- For other payment methods: Refund to your designated account
*If payment has already been confirmed by credit card, you will receive a cash back from the credit card company after the payment is debited.
*We will transfer the funds to the bank account in the purchaser's name within 5 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
*The time it takes for the refund to be made may vary depending on the processing status of the financial institution.
*If you paid with a credit card issued overseas: The exchange rate at the time of refund processing will be applied, so if the exchange rate differs between the time of purchase and the time of refund, the refund amount may differ from the amount originally paid. Please note that we cannot cover any difference due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
